i think u need to refresh the downloaded data.
open BF RPG
on title screen left bottom corner.click double arrow button.
click yes
the game will close
launch BF RPG back.

dont put total unit cost exceeding ur 'real' max unit cost (in ur case : 160)
lot of troublesome thing will come to u later if u try putting total unit cost exceeding the real one.

pretty safe if u just aiming for all completion reward.
not safe if u try to get in the top leaderboard (unless u have high lvl (>500) and have really good unit)..
