Go to settings => Apps => choose the game and turn on all permission and "Apps can appear on top" too. It may work!

Have you tried yet? Maybe it just has difference in language. Trying changing language in settings of the game

Just want to ask if the game version has been updated?, I successfully installed the MOD but my problem was the game is telling to update to "new version". I also tried to download the links ver. v 1.0.3 and the links was showing error. Pleas pretty please help me.....
