You might confront an pop-up ads which all kind of download center site such as usercloud, zippyshare, mediafire etc.

They provide Cloud storage for free and they need to pay the server with cash. So how they can get the cash without placing an ads?

Most of the ads come from Google which the showed ads is from your interest.
