Edit- It does work. But i got banned like right away and i just had like 5k flooz, you dont only need to get lv100, its also - to unlock heros slots so you gain some before 100 that way. But like i said banned lol and a fast one.

I got to 100 and had 4 characters running and didnt get any flooz. Any chance you can explain it a little more please bud?

*edit* nevermind. I found this :

Gain 1000 Flooz for each additional Unit Slot you'll unlock
Gain 1000 Flooz for each additional Skill Slot you'll unlock
Gain 1000 Flooz for each additional Normal or Event Artifact Slot Unlocked <--- New/Experimental
Gain 1000 Flooz when you unlock a Dock <--- New/Experimental
