.zip and .rar = archives with files inside, you must use a program like WinRAR on the pc or ZArchive on phone to extract it.
mods are .apk files = click on it and Install like a normal app
mali, adreno, tegra and powervr are GPU types, that may change from device to device, search on Google your device model GPU, and download the files compatible with it.

You need to look on GPU Renderer.

If you find this map in seek and destroy, when u destroy the noise thing left the last one and camp there shooting at the zombie that the way u get alot of money :D

but as that request is flagged as resolved I cannot reply there further..
I requested for God Mode(Unlimited Health) mod...if that's possible..as I already have the mod you posted with Unlimited Ammo..
Please just reply if God Mode is possible..cause I know now that money/gold is server sided so it can't be modded by usual Assembly-CSharp.dll method.

I'm not a modder here, i'm a moderator. I don't know if it's possible or not without getting banned.
Your request was fixed as "resolved" because the game was modded, maybe in future will be available a god mode version, maybe not.
Imo this mod have already enough hack features.
 
I just tried to download apk for adreno at 1st page .. It was shown me error which is maybe the server down... Can you check it please... Only apk for Adreno...
The obb file for Adreno was working...
