Use autopatcher from github.

I don't know if there is more correct way to do but here's what I did. Bear with it.

Just google this and install as required, I used 11.06

  • Add JDK binaries path to your Windows PATH variable. For example for version 11.0.6 it would contain the following path
Code: 
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-11.0.6\bin

Read below how to edit PATH variable
  • Move that added binaries path priority to uppermost
  • Download latest autopatcher from github, then extract to it's own folder
  • Copy/move unmodded apk to that folder
  • run cmd on that folder with command
Code: 
auto <apk-file>

  • Done when finished, new modded apk with <apk-filename>-out.apk will appear on that folder

Windows 7/10
  • Select Computer from the Start menu
  • Choose System Properties from the context menu
  • Click Advanced system settings > Advanced tab
  • Click on Environment Variables, under System Variables, find PATH, and click on it.
  • In the Edit windows, modify PATH by adding the location of the class to the value for PATH. If you do not have the item PATH, you may select to add a new variable and add PATH as the name and the location of the class as the value.

Windows XP
  • Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Advanced
  • Click on Environment Variables, under System Variables, find PATH, and click on it.
  • In the Edit windows, modify PATH by adding the location of the class to the value for PATH. If you do not have the item PATH, you may select to add a new variable and add PATH as the name and the location of the class as the value.
  • Close the window.

Windows Vista
  • Right click My Computer icon
  • Choose Properties from the context menu
  • Click Advanced tab (Advanced system settings link in Vista)
  • In the Edit windows, modify PATH by adding the location of the class to the value for PATH. If you do not have the item PATH, you may select to add a new variable and add PATH as the name and the location of the class as the value.

Locate bin folder in your JDK installation directory, in my case it's
Code: 
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-11.0.6\bin
Copy that address.
Right click "This PC" from file explorer. Choose properties.
On left side there is "Advanced system setting", click that.
On Advanced tab, click Environment Variables...
On bottom box, double click/edit "Path" variable.
On Edit environment variable windows, click New then insert that bin folder address that you copy before then Enter.
Move that just added variable address to uppermost on that list, then OK to close both Environment variables windows.
Retry your cmd command.
