Very obvious reason, you skip 1 & 2 straight to 3 ofcz it will popup not complete lol

Just use Chrome. For the 1st and 2nd, open the survey page and leave there for about 15 to 20 seconds before close them. The 3rd one is just Cloudflare verification so I don't see any issue with it
