yeah, its fix crash
因为不会向用户发起 悬浮窗权限 的请求导致应用程序打开就闪退，设置里打开悬浮窗权限后可以正常打开 安卓9.0

Bug report: God mode do not work in some situation. will not work by switch the botton(both during and out of stage). Do not work again after restart the game also.
