Alex is slowly getting the updates from all his apk's/mods that need them atm. After all, he barely got back to business just yesterday. All we can do, is wait patiently for him to get to this mod also. Since it isn't the only one he has.
We all love dragon ball, that's why we're here, but least be a bit more patient with him lol. I am also eager to go back and play obviously, but I just have to wait.

Yea dice part doesnt work
I activate the cheats directly after launching the game (for me the first three buttons in the cheats menu), dice does still not work. But I really like the idea of these cheat menu
I activate the cheats when i am in the main menu of the game. I wonder why they do not work for you? It is just the dice cheat that doesn't work? How strange. Did you install the new mod over the old one or re-download all your data. I installed it by overwriting the new one. Have you tried re-downloading and installing the mod? tried to activate the mod as the game started, dice doesnt work.
Again this is really strange that it is not working for you and the other lad. At this pont i cant determine what the problem is. Do you both have the overlay permissions on as it says in the install guide? I presume so as you would have reported it crashing? I tested it on mine and the dice mod works even when i activate it in a stage.
