i dont know how to read mandarin that's why i don't have any idea about that gm command
but you can get all the character with 5 red star and level 90 you need to do this in the middle of the fight avoid double apply or you will disconnect

try other username the most important is username this is my second i account same as my first i can use deferent password as i want but never change your username or else you account will change but you can go back to that account even you use other username

I do know all the function but for VIP, character it is not working that's for sure (don't ask me why) . Click on help there will be some commands that works (try it yourself) , the rest beside help are useless function like skip quest, clear inventory. I will do a screenshot with English translation on those function when I am free and tested all first.
