If your game data is already linked to a social account, then just rename the obb or data, then uninstall the prev version after that install the new version of the mod then go back rename the obb or data to the original name. Go into the game and login with your socials. Instead of trying to install over it and facing different problems that you're not even explaining properly.

App not installed, can happen:
- When you try to install a corrupted apk
- When you try to install a modded apk over an original apk(PlayStore version of apk)
- When you try to install an unsigned apk on an UNPATCHED device
