Go to settings/apps/ Choose game name, then Erase all data and cache of this game. Then you can run the game and play with new account.
If it still not work, feel free to ask me more and explain your problem because devs have many ways to block cheat users. Good luck

thanks for your help, i tried to clear all data in this Settings of Apps. but when i re-start or re-install it still pop-up the banned message, can't start game with new account
but when i try to install apk from store it working as normal.
maybe problem from the mod? or this mod create a folder cache in somewhere which can't delete by button Delete all data, cache?

Yes it is. The devs may have just been updated anti cheat system, so they can automatically detect that you are using mod apk. Just wait for next update when we can bypass it

Played using normal apk for story mode.
Used modded apk in challenges. (not in pvp)
