Correct me if I am wrong, but I think since the lat update the game doesn't work on emulators anymore.

I couldn't use the googleplay version of the game, or apk from apkpure or quoapp on any emulator, always getting a force close. Same thing with the mod.

Looks like they implemented some kind of security for the new version (its strange because the latest JP doesn't have such a thing). Some other mod was able to get around it quickly so its something that will probably be fixed soon.
