The only way to get passed it for me, I have just reinstalled it on another device then installing it back to my original device, just hope you have saved the one time used transfer code every time on new device before that.

I don't know whether it's the server or my network. But after waiting several hours, I could get into the game normally.
Thank God tho, I was in the middle of transfering data haha
