Try running mod without Internet because your problem may cause when you turn on your network

I have just tested this mod, money for this game have mod menu, so you have to know how to use it. To make mod menu appear you have to go to settings/Apps/Choose game name, turn on all permissions and “Apps can appear on top” ( Overlay permission). Then run the game and mod menu will appear.
After that, go through the tutorial without turning on mod, then when you go to shop and buy something, turn on mod and buy. Then turn off mod and continue to play

Try blocking/erasing all data of Google Playstore in Settings/Apps. Then uninstall the original apk (PS version) then restart your phone. Finally, install mod again. It may work
