I don't think he can make it work for a certain android version, that would be on the developers of the games.

Have you guys tried clearing cache and data from the google play services and google store? If it worked before there shouldn't be an issue.

that won't help it's more of an issue with the apk. The previous mod installed with no issues whatsoever but this one refuses to

My non rooted android 5.0 can install and play just fine. My rooted android 4.2 cant even install xD but its alright now since i can play in my other phone.
