There is no problem to sync account here (saved data on phone or cloud), sometimes probs with Google +!

Can u pls update to 4.0.392
Today the game has been updated I think because when I am starting the game its showing a window written "We've made some changes to the game that will improve your experience!" And then it redirects to play store. Please solve it and how can I go ahead tell me.

Install it and play... probably.
i need to download it again the APK file and install it? i downloaded your link 5 days back and was playing and it was awesome. Do i need to keep a backup or the game will start from 1 level.

Of course you need to download it again, it's a new version so need a new apk.
And i've not a clue about that, i suppose if you are linked to facebook you can restore your account with it. Try:
- Uninstall your FB app
- Open the mod and sync to FB account
- Quit and nstall the FB app again
