Did you try logining with FB? Uninstall FB app and then you will be able to login and save your progress

This game did not using third party login such as FB or google play service.
It uses transfer code method which is only accessible via in game.
As he mentioned above the only way he can take or save his ID back is through bypassed apk so he can generate new transfer code.

Actually if he try to download the new apk store version he should be able to install over the older version.
I alway save the transfer code asoon as I transfer just incase
