That's normal in those kind of games.
You can usually choose between excluding Arena entirely, or having both you and the enemy with the modifications, which will lead to the same result.

Thanks for the heads up mate.. i thought arena not working.. what you are saying are right.. better use the mod for farming to be strong at arena..
 
No it's not. I was playing the game using this mod since kebie added it but I haven't noticed higher damage or def when compared with playstore version...
