If it's for like 30 seconds or so it's normal, this game is very heavy on first load on some devices.
If it's permanent could be a misplaced obbs, or even uncompatibility issue.
It's the first game release so you can't expect perfection yet, also lot of users are reporting black screen issues, or stuck at 100% loading, even using the original version.
I know for sure lot of those users have Zenfone pr Zenpad, and sadly it's an issue that must be fixed by the game devs.

Day 1 purchase for me, however. The one unredeemable part of this game is how awful Tetra Master is. Any way to make a mod that autowins cardbattles?

On my brother zenfone 2, its works perfectly.
But in my zenfone 2. Still blackscreen i think there a diff gpu of a apk. Like tegra, adreno, powervr. I guess? That's why we encounter blackscreen like in implosion
 
By the way. Im using zenfone 2 ze500cl

I can't find it already in playstore(i search in web and open as playstore to show that in playstore app). Means its not compatible to your phone.

So sad i cant play it again.

If your phone does not have a new update this year so sad. you should by a new high end smartphone.(if you want)

the items mod not work for me.
Tried to sort (is that arrange function in Menu > Items ? ) but nothing happen.

For my Zenpad I have it available for buy it
 
I just keeps asking me to download additional files, I click yes and pop still stays there asking me to download
 
welp .. so.. i think they have already mentioned this in the past replies... so i tested it my self... i tried installing it on my zenfone 2 and the game wont even load after updating the package file... so i tried to install it on my Xperia z3 and viola .. it worked .. it only works for phones that are tied up with sony and google.. unless the dev's update this game it wont be playable even with newly released phones.. "i guess"
