Need as fix from the modder of this game which is not me.
I've no idea how you managed to download it... I'm quite busy today with new year etc, I will replace the link this evening and test it, if I will not be able to play it either then I'll send the thread to graveyard.
 
Since you're going to fix it, can you maxed out the level of the characters? I mean can you maxed everything out in this game? Like the gils, ability points, etc. Just like what you did in the previous Final fantasy series. I just love playing these kinds of rpg games on my phone, with modified verision/s on it. Sorry if i am too demanding, but everything will be great if they have maxed out exp's, ability points, gils, etc. Thank you again and we will wait patiently for this upcoming update. As i already said above, i'm not the one who made this, and i'm not able to fix otehr modders mistake. I'm a moderator here.
Since you are the most active here, can you please test this one? Link: VI v2.1.6 (Mod).apk
If doesn't work properly then i'll move the thread.
 
Thank you for fixing the link sir @DaemonXSoul works really fine with my phone now. No more forced closing of this game/no more crashes. Thank you again and have a great 2016 :kissingheart:

do you still have the obb file? the link on this thread is dead

edit: already found it in a site called sbenny or something, the site has a private file sharing site so it looks like the hacks there won't be deleted

I tried it but im stuck on download failed or download 0mb upon opening the game. Anyone succeeded? how did you do it guys?

either you haven't download the obb file or you downloaded wrong version of obb file
 
The obb file shows for ff iv. wonder if that's why it's always stuck at download screen
