when equipped CD has max 70%. each CD substat only gives max 25% or something like that, so it doesn't matter if all 4 substats are more than 70% total, they put cap at 70%
i think that's the same with other stats, there are max number when equipped.
i can do:
* main stat always max (armor always 1000, atk 1000, magic res 26.....)
* substat always pick max
* fix substat to CD, or CritRate or whatever but numbers are not correct yet, need to get correct numbers otherwise your equipment will go crazy
still need to play around, maybe in few days can get something. too bad tomorrow will be very busy so may not have chance to check

Maybe just stop at the legit stat. Cd% gives like 18-20 on red equips i believe. 18 shud suffice. Less sus. Although I agree to that suggestion, if its possible we keep the number as is, random. But we can specify what stat to get like. Always cd or crit.

yes but why? you can get gems from anywhere and mod already have that for you
i suggest not to change any stat of the gear "after you get them". you might be banned. im not sure but they have record of the use of the gear, i mean more longer you use the gear more record it makes. but if you didnt use the gear the data will not be added so may be it safe if you just do like what you have said to your fresh gear only.We will wait for you Master
Like, ill give you an idea. What if make it a random value? And before we enhance it, we will switch on the CD% always, or crit% always and etc. after turning on one of them, we will enhance it until it open. Like that. That would be nice
anyway cooldown limit at 70%, atk speed at 6, cr at 100%, cd at 600% and infinity value is at ... i dont remember
max cooldown on a sub stat is 19% and min is 15%. but be careful the 19% (or any stat) is not actually 19% but like 19.0213949% or 18.995385138% it always have decimal
