I met BTG and e.e guy at the arena. Looks like he's still testing the mod

yes, I had to quickly test on 64-bit but gave up, too many mod features to modify in 64-bit.
yes, AndroidRepublic and ee were my test accounts. There are other test accounts in top 100 if I remembered to fight arena.
Anyway, enjoy, I may not activate those test accounts for awhile till they release a new versions.

50 shards changed to apply to all gacha

mod updated to fix the "always max substat" option, that wasn't working previously.

ignore the "always substat percentage" option, I didn't manage to fix that. It was meant to give you guys options to always prefer the percentage over a flat number, oh well not working on latest version but later maybe I'll check.
