Test this out for fun. It seems you gave the boss of every stage high evasion rate too. Cant seem to hit.

hmmm.. actually that's true but you only need 1hit to kill any boss even if they has high evasion it's useless .. but anyways i tried to work with that matter thanks for ur feedback.

in my case i cant 1 hit boss it only give 6 damage. i think all modded feature affect boss too.

i think remove high defense mod will make it work.
