The first website doesn't work on any downloads once you hit download it takes you to a blank page that says IP. The mirror doesn't work because the google docs link is denying everyone access. upload4cash is sh1t seriously people need to stop using it. I don't mind people trying to earn some money from me getting spammed by ads but at least make sure the website works.
