Things like EN are server side. At best mods will probably only be able to change things related to combat.

Sorry @AndyLee but the high damage is both you and the enemy. I tried and it 1 shotted me and my teammates.

Yeah, enemy have high damage too. They will one shot our team also

If you can release your method for bypass and dmg/cooldown I might be able to keep this updated and maybe fix a few issues with enemies inheriting the changes, that way you don't need to keep doing it yourself. I've seen you mod multiple games over the years and this is one the games I really enjoy so I can probably help out a bit for this one. (I have experience with DNSpy if that is worth anything)

It works. The problem is the High dmg mod which give you and the enemy high dmg. Andylee is doing a good job.
