Try blocking Google play service, then install, it may work.
You can go to settings - Apps - choose your game - turn on all permission and " Apps can appear on top" then try again.
If not, try on another device or emulator because it's not compatible with your device
Thanks for the instruction, but I'd rather stick with the official version, because these
1. Reduce damage from rain rockets
2. Reduce damage from collision with enemy
mods didn't work for me. Maybe I'll try again with the next mod update
