Help to unlock my Xperia XZ3

First of all, i dont know if this is alowed, if not then feel free to delete this thread.

Yesterday my son changed my acces code to my Xperia XZ3 and he doesnt knows it anymore.
Now i read that i could reset it with my google account but i have no acces to my google account for some reason.

The local shop they say they can fix it but that will cost me alot of money so it is possible.
Can anyone help me out on how to do this ?
 
Sony homepage's FAQ says
use Xperia Companion soft to reset your phone
Will clean up all the data in internal storage
 
Dont you have to hard reset it not soft reset? To reset your phone try pressing and holding the power buttion and volume up button at the same time then follow the menu to hard reset your phone
