Don't know if you're still playing the game or not, but i tried and mod is working for me.

As for gold, will get more than it shows when selling items.
Not a lot, but quite enough.
And the process is repeatable, as many as you want.

Initial gold = 49.133


Sell level 1 normal axe and gold add up 25.000


Buy it again for 20 gold
