There is a way to avoid ban. Do not buy hero's boxes

You can buy them but don't buy more than 1 box every hour or so. Use your diamonds VERY slowly and all will be fine. Horrible game though...

Thats really strange. I bought 3 boxes in a row with no ban but on the fourth I got a ban. Cleared data and tried again and made sure I didnt spend diamonds very fast next time and all was fine.

It looks like this is client sided protection though so it *could* be removed.
