I have the same bug, i thought i just have to finish the tutorial with the original apk so i installed the clean apk but the game is still stucked on that same tutorial. The game is actually fucked up unplayable at the moment.

Tested on Nox Player and works just fine, you can move the PT icon out of the way to continue playing as you need to hit the back button for the shop.
