I cleaned up few posts here and posted corrected link guys.

New link is posted to correct whatever the menu-not-showing-up problem. If you manage to get menu to show up, you DON'T NEED TO install the new link

For those still not able to get the menu coming out - just install the new link and play. it will only come out when you got fight. once it's out, you can adjust as you wish.

You need to watch out your speed of clearing stages, they record top 1, I've got a few top 1 rewards there. Other areas same thing, watch out on your own.
