Download SIGNED MOD and go to settings/Apps/ Blocking google play service/ Play store. Then install again.
If it still not work, try using on emulator ( like LD Player) if you have PC/Laptops or use another device because the mod is not compatible

For a SEA server, you would have to wait for the mod from someone else. He doesn't actually mod these, he only finds them and uploads them onto here for everyone who doesn't have time to find them online.

Just remove your Facebook Apps ( disable it) and you can login with mod game. Then you can install (Enable) Facebook App again

Important - How to make unsigned APK and Google+ / Facebook login
