for those of you who are confused because there is no mod menu anymore, please read this
Edit file “GMP_com.miHoYo.bh3sea.txt” in Sdcard to ON/OFF mod (when you open the game for the first time it will automatically create the file).
– Default it is 0:0:0 and change number to 1 to turn on Mod (In order is 1HIT:God Mode:No Skill CD).

Can't find the file and I already opened the game
Where is that file location?

You may test it but if noti guess the post above is true then.
You need to:
