Is there an external obb file that can be downloaded? Cant donwload it on the game.

Use obb tricks to download obb from playstore!
Download game from store then rename the obb file , add 1 to the end. Then remove game and install mod. Rename obb file back. Then play game!

This was my problem earlier until I solved it. It also affects on other modded apk's when you install it and shows the app not installed.
Try to clear the app data for "google play services" and also "play store", then restart it.

Signed mod is for non root device, Unsigned mod is for rooted device.
If your device is rooted, use Unsigned mod and you can install over the original apk
 
Can't install both , sinned and unsigned .
When i try to install i get the error "app not installed"

i forgot from who this tips is. clear playstore data and play services
then install the apk
 
Really just update 3.5.0 [sea] please
