Hello i have problem because the game start from zero when i use the apk but it ask me to connect to my account. Is it normal that i dont have my current progression ?

Actually they broke their own game. You can't finish event without paid because event currency is too rare.
Juste to verify, everyone is blocked to "hang out" story no ? Chapter 3.

This game often stuck/freeze even on mid game, u need to clear cache+forced close app before try again
