How to Decrypt and encrypted .dll file with GDB (TERMUX) ?

Termux SuperSu

permission of SuperSu termux

when I enter a termux and write apt update I get an error

I have another doubt, when I write the code SU should not put me first "@root"

Could you help me solve this error, to continue with the extraction of "Assembly-CSharp.dll"
