Make sure the "use our download manager" is unticked Wait for the timer to run down and click create download link

If you have still a problem with downloading then I suggest you that you should be using the original VidMate 2019 application on your phone. Personally, I use this downloader for downloading any files like Videos, Audios or Game etc.
