Use 25.2 and don't update. Remember Root on to install setup . Off otherwise as magist is a form of "super user access"
Using that version just follow the directions that look like JPN on the main start up , Direct install . settings zygist on check modules button works (it a button not a picture lol ) Turn off root and if you have the inclination to finish it off right remove any remaining superuser that may be left behind .(magisk will be sure to warn you its there but much like an abusive wife . It will be up to you to discover ..................
Fuck me i'm too old . i didn't even think about the post date, Well the next noob may get use of this lol
Installing Magisk on an emulator is possible but involves more steps than a typical phone. Here's a simplified approach:
Check Emulator Compatibility: Magisk works best with Android versions above 5.0 (Lollipop). Ensure your emulator meets this requirement.
Two Methods: There are two main methods - patching the emulator's ramdisk image or using a third-party tool.
Patching Ramdisk (Complex): This involves downloading tools, extracting the emulator's ramdisk image, patching it with Magisk, and flashing the patched image back. Search online for "MagiskOnEmulator" on GitHub for a guide.
Remember: Rooting and modifying emulators can be risky. Proceed with caution and research specific instructions for your emulator type and Android version.
To install Magisk 26 on NOX or LD emulator, you must have the latest version of emulator and follow the steps as below: Download Emulator, Download Magisk, Install Custom Recovery, Enable root access if available, Transfer Magisk and reboot
