How to use WhatsApp with a fake number

This tutorial will allow you to:
- Using whatsapp for free after your real number free year is expired
- Using whatsapp keeping your real number private
- Using whatsapp in emulator (untested)

I took the original idea from an outdated Text+ tutorial.
Untested with emulators but probably works with Bluestacks or similar.

Requirements:

- Install WhatsApp HERE

- Install Voxox Link is Broken (maybe fixed/doesn't work anymore)
OR
- Install GrooVe HERE

If you already used WhatsApp:

- Open your phone Settings
- Go to Apps List
- Open WhatsApp
- Clear Data

Manual Steps:

- Open Voxox or GrooVe app
- Register an account and log in
- In the app click "More"
- There you can see your Voxox fake number
- Copy/paste it somewhere if you don't want to remember it
- Now open WhatsApp
- Register your Voxox number, using the +1 as country code and the remaining XXXXXXXXX as real number
- Now wait few mins till it's done with the Verification
- It will say the verification is failed, press Call Me button
- Now open Voxop app and copy the 6 digit code you received
- Write it in WhatsApp and confirm

NOTE: The previous steps has been tested using Voxox app, some of the Steps may slightly change using GrooVe (due to Voxox possibly being fixed)

For privacy paranoid people:

- You can Install Text+ HERE
- Register and request a fake textplus number
- Use that number to register to Voxox
- Then follow the tutorial above

You can't use Text+ directly with WhatsApp it got fixed already

Make a backup of your old number chats if you want to keep something important, old chats will not be transferred to the new account.

If you add a new contact in your phone, is sometimes helpful refresh Voxox contact too.
Then open WhatsApp, select the Chat tab and click the chat symbol on top right.
Click the phone menu button from there and Refresh your contacts.

Already?? I've did it 2 days ago and it worked :/
Remember the number is not recognized in verification, you need to wait 5 mins till it fails and press the call me button.

Did you received some sort of message like "Number non valid in USA"?
If you are received it that means is fixed now.
If not, that means you have may did something wrong, or i've not a clue.

Used BlueStacks. I don't know what this is supposed to mean, but I guess it's fixed or something.

Bluestack method is untested. Is "supposed" to work but seems it wont :/

Only way to bypass the phone number verification on google is to make an account through bluestacks or android device, from what I know.
 
I believe they made it free now so it's not so useful anymore . Does this voxox app number work with online surveys?
 
sorry just asking sir, is it that hard to have new phone numbers? i really am asking because here in my country you can buy as many numbers as you want so simply buy new sim card cost 50cents, use it to verify and you are all good to go.

Some people may are worried about privacy or paranoid to an extent, so concealing their numbers, maybe using other countries credentials, is a good way for them to use Whatsapp.
 
Updated, due to a possible fix of Voxox (unverified) a new app has been added to the tutorial, thanks to @violeta for the assistance in this matter.

Remember to check the NOTE added above in case a couple of the Steps will be somewhat not matched with the app you are using.
The difference should be slightly noticeable once checked yourself how the new app works.
