first thank you senpai for fast update !! and to your question as a beginner on this game i'm not sure about that but in my opinion it was for the ultimate attack cuz i notice when that green heath is full they increase 1 point each to ultimate atk so the faster the green gauge the more you can fill your ulti, well that's only my opinion
