Use CCProxy 7.2 on PC (version is important) with WPE Pro attached. Then connect your phone to the proxy with ProxyDroid, you can then monitor UDP and TCP Packets with WPE Pro, and even modify them and send them again.

I agree, but you can also use charle proxy

Charles Proxy will intercept HTTP and HTTPS connections. Not UDP.

You can get UDP com with charles Proxy i don't know if the plug is public, but i currently have one from modded version
