It's device or IP blocked, even if u create a new account (with mod or not) on the same device u were banned, it's still blocked, so either play on a new device or use vpn for a new account, RIP Cgss, was fun.

Judgement day finally happened. However, I did a reinstall of an unmodded apk and was able to get in just fine with a new account so idk where the region locking is coming from.
