I think I found the problem here, can you try not bring card that has skill related to combo like combo bonus or not break combo?
Currently I don't have problem with this "miss" anymore because I use all card with score skill and I don't find any "miss" so far even without return to title.

I notice this after I use Idol: Kawashima Mizuki (sldb) and Idol: Nanjo Hikaru (sldb).

maybe u can try this (need login with google account to see link) already try this & it's work
 
I find trouble at using "skill boost", "perfect lock". if you take that skills on your unit, you have "MISS" when their skills off.

Yeah, I can confirm that, when skill bost effect ends, it gives a miss and hence, breaks the combo
