i've downloaded as always from the main post but this time didn't updated, also i tried clearing cache cuz i thought the problem was the storage but this still :'( :'(

maybe your downloaded data is corrupt, try downloading again

try delete old version then install new version
 
It installs in my new phone but not in my older phone and in emulator but the apk from qooapp works fine

if it's ur first time install mod u need VPN then change to Japan region

it looks like Android 9.0 is not compatible with the mod, not only in this game, but in other games too, sometimes it happens like this
