Go to the AR public mod section and find the mod by icry4u and read the second to last page. There's a post by me that explains how to use his mod on a non root device. The same can be applied to this mod.

You can try this method, I think it may work on non root devices, not sure about it

No, you CAN. Read my post
I found an exploit that allows using mods with Google play without root. It's all explained in icry4u's knighthood post I mentioned.
