After I got rooted and installed lucky patcher, I did,

launch lucky patcher
tool box - patch to android - checked 'disable .apk signature verification' / checked 'disable signature verification in the package manager'
click apply - rebooted

however, it still says apk is not singed when I try to install your latest file.

Any advice?
