i didn't even know the game has pvp :)
perhaps it's good that pvp is not working, otherwise too many people will abuse

In my opinion, if you want to play this game in a long term,you should not play mod in PVP , they will ban you sooner or later.Anyway it's
Your decision.

1. mods is perfect as it is. damage mod will only cause the game freeze.
2. never uses mod on pvp. There is a replay button in game that can be accessed by anyone, which made them easier to track you down. They already banned bunch of foolish on pvp.

I agree PVP is usually where you get banned the most if you have a modded version. Modders already done enough to NOT draw developers attention to take actions meanwhile you can enjoy majority of the game. I would not suggest to modded it for PVP, I don't want dev to make it too difficult for modders to mod :)

Support the modders by donations is a better alternative to keep the longevity of the modded apk rather than make more demands to risk never being able to play the game.
Just my opinion.
 
seem dev has a bunch of issues on this release.... expecting new patch soon :)

complain that to dev.
also check your graphics card if you play on emulator, the ultimate skill has bad bug with some graphics card. fail on opengl, work on directx. in any case, can't help you if you're stuck anywhere
 
There's a new EN apk that fixed some issues. The update will become a forced update on May 7th. Please update the mod.
