You can't if you wanna play it with a non-rooted phone but you can keep your save by backing up the save folder. Please read OP and threads for detail instruction.
Then paste your save to the original game to upload your progress regularly if you want your save to be on Google Play server.

Also, do not craft and equip Kevlar and Assault Outfit and S&W Magnum 70 as it is still not out in the game.

Bro, I'm getting a Chinese splash screen like this.. and the app closes if I click anywhere.
This happens after I copy my file folder into the game folder.

Edit: Got it working had to install the Chinese app.

Working : Crafting
Not Working : Not much else.
