I believe its when you craft like a spike barrier (just 1) then you can place it multiple times without crafting more unless you exit out of build mode. Then you'll have to craft another. Again I believe that's what it is but I could be wrong

That is the the case for every survival mod. Nobody cares to even mention it , that's why I thought it might be something else
 
Thanks for the mod. I don't know about REPEATABLE PROJECT and QUICKLY RESTORE STRENGTH AND HEALTH but others work fine.
